We have available a multi-disciplinary group of people comprising of former major law firm partners, senior associates, paralegals, professional legal talent managers, legal process professionals, CFOs, and accounting professionals who are experienced in handling wide range of legal matters including: litigation, corporate, insurance coverage, IP, real estate, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.

In addition to traditional law firm practice, we also provide virtual law department services on a part time or interim basis to: 

• Companies that do not have an in-house legal staff or a General Counsel
• Foreign companies and investors who are in need of legal help in connection with their US operation or investments.
• Companies that need to supplement their in-house legal staff to handle unexpected litigation or unfamiliar matters that require additional legal staffing or specialized expertise

Our services are billed on either a competitive hourly rate or a flat-fee monthly retainer basis.
